The information and training services provided by Take5athletics LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through take5athletics.com, in person sessions, written programs, or any digital content are intended for general fitness and performance education only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

1. No Medical Advice

We are not medical doctors, physical therapists, or licensed healthcare providers. Nothing on this website or in any coaching or training program should be interpreted as:

  • Medical advice or medical diagnosis
  • Physical therapy or rehabilitation prescription
  • Advice for managing or curing any disease, injury, or medical condition

Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before:

By participating in any Take5athletics program, session, or exercise suggested on this site or by our coaches, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. You are responsible for listening to your body, working within your abilities, and using appropriate equipment and environment.

3. Responsibility to Disclose Health Information

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, prior injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely in training. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cardiac or respiratory conditions
  • Joint or ligament injuries
  • Neurological or balance issues
  • Recent surgeries
  • Any condition for which your doctor has restricted or modified exercise

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase your risk of harm and limits our ability to adapt training appropriately.

4. Stop Exercise if You Experience Symptoms

If you experience any of the following during training, stop immediately and seek medical advice:

  • Chest pain or tightness
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
  • Sharp or sudden joint pain
  • Severe headache or visual changes

Do not ignore or push through warning signs. Your safety and long term health are the priority.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Training outcomes vary from person to person. While our programs are designed to improve strength, speed, performance, and overall fitness, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Specific performance metrics (e.g., vertical jump, sprint times)
  • Body composition changes
  • Injury prevention or rehabilitation success

Your results depend on many factors, including consistency, effort, sleep, nutrition, stress, and genetics.

6. Use of Information at Your Own Risk

Any use of the information provided on take5athletics.com, social media content, emails, or training materials is at your own risk. You are responsible for applying information appropriately to your situation and for seeking professional medical or allied health guidance when needed.
