Take5 Athletics is based in Clackamas, Oregon and serves athletes and adults throughout Clackamas County — including Happy Valley, Damascus, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Gresham, Portland, Sandy, Estacada, Canby, West Linn, and Lake Oswego.
1-on-1 personal training and youth 1-on-1 coaching range from $65 to $85 per 55-minute session. Small group training (adult and youth) is $20 per session. Every new client starts with a free performance evaluation.
Take5 trains youth athletes ages 11–18 in speed, strength, and sport performance, as well as adults of all ages in personal training and strength coaching.
Yes. Every new youth athlete and adult client begins with a complimentary performance evaluation that includes a movement assessment, goal discussion, and a personalized training recommendation.
Take5 offers sport-specific strength and performance training for baseball, softball, and volleyball athletes, along with general youth athletic development and adult strength and conditioning.
Yes. Take5 offers fully online coaching with custom programming and remote support, so athletes and adults can train with Coach Tatum Erickson from anywhere.
