THE TAKE5 WORKOUT
Coach-led 50–60 minute session built for adults who want to move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.
- Dynamic Warm-up — joints, tissue, and breathing prep
- Mobility + Skill — squat, hinge, press, carry (quality first)
- Strength Development — progressive loading without beating you up
- Conditioning + Core — simple, low-skill conditioning for real fitness
- Cool-down — downshift, mobility, and recovery work
TRAINING SPLIT OPTIONS
At Take5, every program is built with long-term progress and recovery in mind. Depending on training frequency, experience, and goals, we use one of the following proven structures.
FULL BODY
The foundation of Take5. Every session trains the full body with rotating emphasis to drive steady progress and consistent recovery.
UPPER / LOWER
A structured split that alternates upper and lower body focus. Ideal for clients training 3–4 days per week who want clear recovery windows.
PUSH / PULL / LEGS
Best suited for higher-frequency training. Allows focused volume while maintaining balance across the week.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
Adult Fitness pricing is based on training format and commitment length. 1-on-1 ranges from $55–$75 per session.
