Hi, I’m Tatum Erickson

Movement gave me my life back. I grew up on courts and fields—competing, learning grit, and chasing the next play. When I stepped away from sport, that edge faded. Training brought it back. Not as a quick fix, but as a disciplined practice that rebuilt my body and sharpened my mind.

Today I coach with that same conviction. I help former athletes reclaim their spark, beginners build confidence, and competitors unlock the next gear. My approach blends high-performance strength & speed work with practical, sports-focused nutrition—so you can train hard, adapt fast, and recover well.
