Hi, I’m Tatum Erickson

Sports were my first language. Growing up, I played everything I could—baseball, volleyball, and just about any game that demanded movement, grit, and competition. I earned scholarships to continue at the next level, but at a critical moment, my mental health pulled me out of the game. I walked away from baseball and, for a while, from the athletic life that had always defined me.

Without movement, I felt lost. My body slowed down, my energy faded, and the sharp edge I once carried dulled. It wasn’t until I found my way back to training—simple, intentional movement—that things began to change. The weights, the discipline, the structure… they didn’t just rebuild my body, they rebuilt my mind. For the first time, I wasn’t just “an athlete”—I was strong, capable, and thriving on a whole new level.

That transformation gave me a mission: to help others rediscover what movement can unlock. Training isn’t just about lifting more weight or hitting a faster sprint—it’s about building a body that serves your life. It’s about resilience, confidence, and the freedom to move the way you were designed to.

Today, as a coach, I bring together everything I’ve learned—athletic training, strength systems, conditioning, and holistic nutrition—to guide people back to their best. Whether you’re a former athlete chasing that competitive edge again, someone who wants to move pain-free, or simply looking to feel strong and capable, I’ll meet you where you are and push you to where you want to be.
