Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Take5 Athletics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our training services in Clackamas, Oregon and the greater Portland area.

01Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out our contact form, request a free evaluation, sign up for our newsletter, or begin the checkout process, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the athlete’s age or program of interest, and any details you include in your message.

Checkout & agreements. If you enroll in a program, we collect the information needed to complete your waiver, training agreement, and payment. Payment card details are processed by a third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring links — through cookies and analytics tools.

02How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule evaluations or sessions
  • To provide, manage, and improve our training programs and services
  • To process payments and maintain training agreements and waivers
  • To send updates, training tips, and events if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • To understand site usage and improve our website and marketing

03How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, including:

  • Email delivery (Resend) — to receive and respond to form submissions
  • Analytics & advertising (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel) — to measure site usage and reach
  • Payment processing — to handle transactions securely
  • Website hosting — to serve the site reliably

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.

04Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may opt out of personalized ads through Google and Meta’s ad settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.

05Children’s Privacy

We train youth athletes ages 8–18. Registration, evaluation requests, and agreements for minors are completed by a parent or legal guardian, and we rely on that adult to provide the athlete’s information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, please contact us and we will remove it.

06Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Training agreements and records may be retained for the duration of your relationship with us and a reasonable period afterward.

07Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at Tatum@take5athletics.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

08Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
