SERVING LAKE OSWEGO · CLACKAMAS COUNTY
If you're searching for youth strength training in Lake Oswego, you already know the bar is high — you want development that holds up on the field or court.
Few towns take youth sports as seriously as Lake Oswego. With the Lake Oswego Lakers and the Lakeridge Pacers both fielding deep, competitive programs, athletes here are pushed early and often. Take5 Athletics meets that intensity with structured coaching across two tracks — Youth Foundations for ages 8–11 and Athlete Performance for ages 12–18 — so a young athlete keeps building the right way as the competition gets stiffer.
From this lakeside community, our Damascus facility is about a 25 to 30 minute drive, which keeps it realistic to train consistently through a packed club and school-sports calendar. That steady, year-round work is what separates athletes who plateau from the ones who keep climbing.
At Take5 Athletics, we train athletes with a system built around speed, strength, and movement quality - so they gain confidence, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level.

Our Youth Performance program is built for athletes ages 8–18, including middle school and high school athletes across all sports.
Most athletes train 2–4 days per week depending on age, sport schedule, and training experience. Frequency is finalized during the evaluation.
Sprint times, jump output, movement quality, and key strength numbers all get tracked, with a re-test roughly every ~6 weeks. That way improvement is documented and obvious instead of a guess.
