SERVING ESTACADA · CLACKAMAS COUNTY
Looking for youth strength training in Estacada? What most families really want is simple: real, visible progress for their athlete on the field or court.
Estacada is a small rural town in Clackamas County, and the young athletes who come out of it - including the Estacada Rangers - tend to be the kind who don't mind putting in the work. The ones serious about getting better make the roughly 25 to 30 minute trip to Take5 Athletics in Damascus, because dedicated performance coaching is hard to find closer to home.
That commitment shows up in the gym. A younger Estacada athlete in Youth Foundations builds the coordination and base strength that protect them as they grow, while a high schooler in Athlete Performance develops the speed and power that translate straight to game day. For families willing to make the drive, the payoff is coaching they can trust and progress they can measure.
At Take5 Athletics, we train athletes with a system built around speed, strength, and movement quality - so they gain confidence, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level.

We coach athletes ages 8–18 in two tracks - Youth Foundations for ages 8–11 and Athlete Performance for ages 12–18 - covering middle school and high school athletes across every sport.
Most athletes train 2–4 days per week depending on age, sport schedule, and training experience. Frequency is finalized during the evaluation.
We track sprint timing, jump performance, movement quality, and strength benchmarks. Athletes are re-tested every ~6 weeks so gains are always visible and documented.
