SOCCERPERFORMANCE.
Still fast in the eighty-ninth minute.
Sprint again. Cut hard. Stay on the field all season.
THE FOUNDATION
SOCCER IS ABOUT
REPEATING IT.
A match is not one sprint. It is somewhere near a hundred and fifty efforts, most of them short, most of them at pace, spread across ninety minutes. The players who decide games are the ones whose tenth sprint still looks like their first.
That is a training problem, not a fitness problem. Running laps builds a base. It does not build the ability to produce force fast, absorb it on one leg, and do it again ninety seconds later.

THE SYSTEM
WHAT WE
DEVELOP
01
REPEATED SPRINT ABILITY
The quality that separates the last twenty minutes from the first. We build the capacity to produce a maximal effort, recover, and produce it again — rather than a single fast time on a fresh set of legs.
02
ACCELERATION & FIRST STEP
Most soccer sprints are over inside twenty metres. The race is won in the first three steps, so that is where the work goes — how quickly you get moving, not top speed you rarely reach.
03
DECELERATION & CUTTING
Stopping is the skill nobody trains. Getting into a cut under control is what makes the cut sharp, and it is also what keeps the knee out of the positions that injure it.
04
HAMSTRING RESILIENCE
The most common injury in the sport, and one of the most preventable. Eccentric strength work is built into the week, every week — a hamstring that can handle high-speed running is one that keeps you available.
05
SINGLE-LEG STRENGTH
Soccer happens on one leg. Planting, striking, turning, landing — all of it single-support. Strength is built the way the sport is played rather than only under a bar with both feet down.

THE APPROACH
SPRINT AGAIN.
CUT HARDER.
STAY AVAILABLE.
Every session is built around one principle: training that transfers. If it does not show up in how fast you get moving, how sharply you change direction, or how you feel in the last twenty minutes — it does not stay in the programme.
Availability is the most underrated ability in this sport. The strongest season any player has is the one they finish, so hamstring and knee resilience are programmed from week one rather than added after something goes wrong.
BUILD A SEASON
THAT LASTS.
Speed that repeats, cuts that hold up, and a body that gets through the fixture list. Built for soccer athletes.
