AUGUST ONLY12 ATHLETES · 30 DAYS

THE FOUNDING
ATHLETE PROGRAM.

$1,494 of coaching. $0.

I will never pitch you. And if your athlete attends all 8 sessions and improves in nothing — not one metric — I’ll write you a check for $100 for wasting your August.

CLAIM ONE OF 12 SPOTS

Ages 10–18 · Clackamas, OR · Doors close August 1 — or when the twelfth athlete signs, whichever comes first.

The No-Pitch Guarantee

I will never sell you anything. At Day 30 I’ll show you your athlete’s numbers and tell you the truth about what I see. If you want to continue, you’ll have to be the one who asks. No follow-up sequence. No calls. Ever.

The Results Guarantee

Your athlete improves in at least 3 of 5 tested metrics in 30 days, or I keep training them free until they do.

The $100 Anti-Guarantee

Attend all 8 sessions. If your athlete improves in nothing — not one metric — I’ll pay you $100 on top of your deposit. I’ve never had to. I’m not worried.

YOU CAN’T TALK A KID
INTO CONFIDENCE.

You’ve tried. Everybody’s tried. “You’re great.” “You’ve got this.” It bounces off — because they know you have to say it.

Here’s what doesn’t bounce off: a number that went up.

A kid who couldn’t do a pull-up in July doing three in August isn’t told they’re capable — they have evidence. And evidence is the only thing a teenager can’t argue with. The barbell doesn’t care about their feelings. It goes up or it doesn’t. When it goes up, something happens behind their eyes — and then they carry it out of the gym. Into the hallway. Into the huddle. Into the next thing that scares them.

We’re not going to give your kid a speech. We’re going to give them proof.

Parents come here to make their athlete faster. They stay because their kid started talking at dinner again.

I’m not discounting this. I’m giving it away — once, to twelve families, in August. Here’s why, and I’d rather tell you the truth than pretend: I’d rather show you what we do than describe it. Parents who watch their kid get measurably faster in 30 days don’t need a sales pitch — and parents who don’t see it shouldn’t have to sit through one.

One thing before you say yes

THE $100 COMMITMENT DEPOSIT.

Returned in full when your athlete attends 7 of 8 sessions.

Why a deposit on a free program? Because free things get skipped, and a skipped session is a session your athlete doesn’t get back. The deposit isn’t for me — you get every dollar back when they show up. It’s the thing that gets them in the car on the Tuesday they don’t feel like it. If you’d rather, I’ll donate it to your athlete’s team instead of returning it.

THE30 DAYS

HOW IT WORKS.

  1. DAY 1

    The parking-lot promise

Your athlete will move better before they leave the parking lot on day one - and we’ll have it on video to prove it. Full assessment, the Weak Link diagnosis, and one PR before they go home.

  2. WEEK 1

    The first numbers move

Day 5 vertical jump retest - technique and intent alone move it, and it’s the most motivating number in youth sports.

  3. DAY 14

    Mid-point proof

Full retest. Belief needs a checkpoint before the finish line - you see the numbers halfway, not just at the end.

  4. DAY 30

    Retest + the honest answer

Final numbers and before/after video. I’ll show you what improved, what didn’t, and what’s true - then I stop talking. That’s the promise.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE SPOTS.

I coach groups of three. Each athlete trains twice a week. There are only so many after-school hours in a week. That’s 12 athletes. Total. Not a marketing number — a physics number. When they’re gone, they’re gone until someone leaves. And once September groups fill, the only way in is a waitlist.

12of 12 spots open · updated honestly

Your athlete has eight summers between 10 and 18.

THIS IS ONE OF THEM.

Tryouts don’t move. I don’t have a countdown timer — I have a calendar, and it’s the same one on your fridge.

HONESTANSWERS

WHAT PARENTS ASK.

Will my athlete be intimidated?

The first session is 1-on-1 with the coach before they ever join a group. No walking into a room of strangers cold.

Is lifting safe for kids?

Supervised youth resistance training has a lower injury rate than the sport your athlete already plays. Every session is coached, every athlete is screened first, and we refer out instead of training through anything that needs a medical professional.

Will it stunt their growth?

No. That’s a myth - current research does not support it. What we do avoid is heavy spinal loading in early development; technique always comes before load.

My kid isn’t good enough for this.

This isn’t for elite athletes. It’s for athletes who want to be. If your athlete has never touched a weight, this is exactly who it’s built for.

What if they hate it?

If your athlete doesn’t want to come back after session two, I’ll be the one who tells you to stop - and I’ll tell you why.

Am I becoming “that” parent?

This isn’t about pushing your kid. It’s about giving them something that’s theirs. They build it. They carry it.

How does the deposit come back?

Attend 7 of 8 sessions and every dollar is returned at Day 30 - or, if you prefer, donated to your athlete’s team. It exists for one reason: it gets them in the car on the Tuesday they don’t feel like it.

What’s the catch?

I’d rather show you what we do than describe it. Parents who watch their kid get measurably faster in 30 days don’t need a sales pitch - and parents who don’t see it shouldn’t have to sit through one. This is the cheapest advertising I can buy, and it’s the only kind I believe in.
